Okay if you want to see a decompressed issue, buy this. The entirety of this issue is Batman breaking into Luthor's robot lair thing and that is it. This should have been only a few pages of action and then more story but no, it is the entire issue! I have to admit that seeing Batman on that crazy Bat cycle and what I assume is one of the first times he has used his Batplane (Chronologically). It just seemed like this wasn't a whole issue, Diggle is writing for the trade here and I never like what writers do that. At least next issue should be a lot better with the conclusion to this arc. This issue just needed more. Not Recommended.
